Ella Peinovich

Ella Peinovich is a Founder & CEO of Powered by People (PBP), a B2B wholesale marketplace connecting makers worldwide to international buyers. Ella is also a Board Member of Impact Africa Network and Founder of the ethical fashion brand Soko. Prior to this, they were a Founder & Board Member of LocalDM, an initiative aimed at creating local concepts from design to manufacture, and an Architectural Designer for Skidmore Owings & Merrill LLP (SOM).

Ella Peinovich began their educational career in 2002, when they attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and earned a Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) degree in Architecture in 2006. Ella then went on to pursue a Master of Architecture from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, which they completed in 2012. In 2018, they completed an Executive Program from the MIT Sloan School of Management in Blockchain Technologies: Business Innovation and Application.
