Václav Jelen

Václav Jelen has work experience in various roles within different companies. Václav started their career in 2015 as an Analyst at Centrum empirických výzkumů, where they worked until February 2016. From April 2015 to December 2016, they also served as Commissioner for External Relations and member of the editorial board at Tmavomodrý svět. In 2016, they worked as an HR Consultant at Randstad, specializing in recruitment, sourcing, and candidate evaluation. Václav then joined Randstad Czech Republic as a Researcher in 2016 and worked until 2017. Most recently, they worked at Shopsys as an HR Specialist from March 2017 to December 2019, before taking on the role of HR Business Partner in December 2019.

Václav Jelen obtained their Bachelor's degree in Mezinárodní teritoriální studia from Silesian University in Opava in the years 2012 to 2015. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in the same field at the same university from 2015 to 2017.
