Cindy Rose has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Cindy began their career at Athleta in 2015, where they worked as a Customer Experience Manager. In this role, they were responsible for providing an elevated customer experience, training staff on new updates, managing store metrics, and leading various programs such as the brand ambassador and fitness professional discount program. Cindy also played a key role in managing community relationships and organizing events with partners.

In 2017, Cindy joined Christian Dior Couture as a Client Relationship Manager. Their responsibilities included creating a clienteling culture, driving client growth, and planning and executing client initiatives. Cindy supported the sales and management teams with CRM activities, special events, and client development.

After their time at Christian Dior Couture, Cindy moved on to ShopShops in 2020. Here, they held two roles simultaneously - Business Development Manager and Livestream Host. As the Business Development Manager, they focused on developing new business opportunities. As a Livestream Host, they hosted livestream events to promote products and engage with customers.

Most recently, Cindy joined ShopThing in 2023 as a Regional Market Manager.

Cindy Rose graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Clinical Psychology and Biology from the University of New Haven in 2014 after completing their studies there from 2009 to 2014.
