Erin Houston has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2009 when they worked as a Marketing Associate and Senior Marketing Associate at The Advisory Board Company. In 2010, they joined Devex as a Global Membership Associate, eventually working their way up to Director of Partnerships. In 2014, they were a StartingBloc Fellow in New York. From 2017 to 2018, they were a Consultant for Strategic Good, Co-Founder and CEO of wearwell, and a Communications and Brand Consultant.
Erin Houston's education history includes a Master's degree in Social Enterprise from American University School of International Service, a B.A. in Government and English from William & Mary, and an unspecified degree from Wake Forest University. Erin began their post-secondary education in 2005 at Wake Forest University, then transferred to William & Mary in 2006 and graduated in 2009.
