Richard Fayette

Richard Fayette has a diverse work experience with a focus on leadership and operational roles. Richard is currently the Head of Personal Shopper at Shop Your Way since June 2019. Previously, they worked at Shop Your Way as the Senior Director, Planning & Operations, CoS from 2013 to 2019, where they established business metrics, provided strategic and operational leadership, and drove accountability across cross-functional teams. Prior to that, Richard held roles at Sears Holdings Corporation as a Sr. Manager, Investigations & Executive Protection, where they directed investigations and developed systems to resolve internal dishonesty, and at Sears, Roebuck and Co. as a Store General Manager and District Loss Prevention Manager, where they provided leadership, executed customer-focused strategies, and owned shrink and safety results.

Richard Fayette attended Cerritos College from 1993 to 1995, where they studied Criminal Justice/Police Science. Following their time at Cerritos College, they received a P.O.S.T. Certification from Riverside County Sheriff in 1995. In 1999, they obtained a certification in Interview & Interrogation from Wicklander-Zulawski & Associates in Hoffman Estates, Illinois. Finally, in 2016, Richard obtained a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
