Claire Spencer

Claire Spencer has a diverse range of work experience spanning over several years. Claire started their career as a Personal Assistant at Barlow Lyde & Gilbert in 1992. From there, they worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Thomson Holidays from 1997 to 1999. Claire then moved on to Dresdner Kleinwort, where they worked in Human Resources from 1999 to 2009.

In 2009, Claire joined NYSE Euronext as an Interim Human Resources Business Partner, which eventually led to their becoming Acting Head of HR/Senior HR Business Partner from 2012 to 2014. During their time at NYSE Euronext, they were involved in various roles and responsibilities, including managing a HR team, implementing change management programs, developing exit and retention strategies, and participating in the IPO of Euronext as part of the Global project team.

After leaving NYSE Euronext, Claire worked as the Head HR Business Partner - UK & Asia at CLS Group from 2015 to 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Head of HR, Capital Markets at Shore Capital, starting in 2020.

Claire Spencer attended Hult Ashridge, and later earned a degree in MCIPD from the University of Greenwich.
