Travis McCarthy

Travis McCarthy has worked in the customer relations industry since 2005. Travis began their career at Alorica as a Quality Assurance Analyst, where they supervised a team of 40 representatives and monitored phone, email, and postal correspondence. Travis then moved to Auction123 as a Technical Support Specialist, providing support to program users via phone, online chat, remote access, and email. In 2009, McCarthy joined Comcast as a Regional Product Sales Support/Operations Supervisor/Technical Support, where they identified and evaluated employee training opportunities, managed department email inboxes, served as technical support, and conducted weekly conference calls with developers. In 2015, McCarthy joined Shore Excursions Group, where they have held roles as Vice President of Customer Relations, Director of Customer Relations, Manager of Customer Relations, Call Center & Customer Service Supervisor, Call Center Supervisor, and Order Processing Representative. In these roles, they have overseen training and quality, contact center and fulfillment center, while maintaining company KPIs and expanding efficiencies in all departments. Travis has also liaised between client management and company leadership to communicate challenges and construct solutions, overseen staffing needs for both departments, administered quality assurance, administered annual company wide training and development, supported customer service and order processing departments, and processed incoming web and phone orders.

Travis McCarthy attended Broward College from 2007 to 2009, where they studied Communications.
