Joanna Zietara has a diverse work experience. Joanna is currently working at Shorelight as an Implementation Manager, responsible for partner onboarding. Prior to this role, they worked as an Implementation Specialist at Shorelight. Before joining Shorelight, Joanna worked at the University of South Carolina as an International Student Advisor and Sponsored Students Specialist. Joanna also served as a Student Services Advisor at Shorelight Education. Joanna's previous experience includes working as a Residence Life Coordinator at the University of South Carolina and as an Assistant Coordinator for Residence Life at UNC Greensboro. Joanna gained early experience in the field as a Summer Orientation and Conference Housing Intern at Louisiana State University.

Joanna Zietara received their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication from Monmouth University, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. Joanna continued their education at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, earning a Master of Education (MEd) degree in Student Personnel Administration in Higher Education from 2012 to 2014.
