Phuong Phan

Phuong Phan is an accomplished professional with a robust background in recruitment, marketing, and event management. Currently serving as the Assistant Recruitment Manager at Shorelight since September 2022, Phuong Phan executes student recruitment strategies and collaborates with global marketing teams. Previous experience includes a role as Marketing Event Executive at Vietnam Australia International School, where project leadership was demonstrated, and as Event Coordinator at Pfizer, focusing on logistics and customer engagement activities. Phuong Phan also worked as a Quantitative Researcher at Nielsen, conducting research and enhancing customer satisfaction, and as a Program Advisor at ILA Vietnam, successfully planning outreach events and consistently meeting sales targets. Phuong Phan holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing Research from Hoa Sen University, obtained in 2017.
