Eirik Sunde

Eirik Sunde has over 15 years of work experience in finance and accounting roles. Eirik most recently served as the Head of Finance at Shoreline Wind since March 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Board Member at Wiigrow AS starting September 2022. From February 2017 to February 2023, Eirik worked as the CFO and Finance Manager for Wiig Gartneri AS and Miljøgartneriet AS, the largest greenhouse operators in Norway. Before that, they worked as a Consultant for COWI and various port developers, specializing in offshore wind logistics. From June 2012 to May 2015, Eirik worked for Siemens Gamesa as a Business Controller and Cost Reduction Project Manager in the offshore wind sector. Eirik also gained experience in finance and accounting roles in the oil and gas industry at Accenture from June 2010 to May 2012. Eirik began their career as an Accounting Assistant at John Dahle Shipping, where they worked as a summer intern in both 2008 and 2009.

Eirik Sunde holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Economics and Business Administration from Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark, which they obtained from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree at BI Norwegian Business School from 2005 to 2008. In addition to their formal education, Eirik has acquired several certifications, including "Balanced Scorecard and Key Performance Indicators," "Cost Accounting: Analyzing Product Profitability," and "Finance and Accounting Tips" from LinkedIn in 2020.
