Shoreline Sightseeing
Blake Williams is an experienced professional with a background in event facilitation, marketing, and tour guiding. Currently serving as an Architecture Docent for Shoreline Sightseeing since July 2016, Blake provides live narration on Chicago history, architecture, and culture during boat tours. In addition to this role, Blake has been involved with Navy Pier Inc. since December 2008, facilitating events at various festivals and ongoing entertainment programs. Previous experience includes a position as an Adventure Run Representative at Road Runner Sports, where marketing and event planning were central, and as a Business Manager and Tour Guide for City Running Tours, where tour options were expanded significantly. Blake holds a Bachelor's degree in Theatre from Louisiana State University, earned in 2005.

Shoreline Sightseeing is Chicago's favorite tour boat company. Shoreline began with one vessel offering Lake Michigan Boat Tours showcasing Chicago’s fabulous skyline. In 1996, Shoreline brought the first Water Taxis to Chicago. In 1999, we began our very successful Architecture Tours on the Chicago River. Between 1999 and 2003 Shoreline commissioned three brand new vessels for its touring fleet: Star of Chicago, Evening Star, and Bright Star. Shoreline recently added three more custom outfitted vessels: Riverview in 2013, Cityview in 2014, Skyview in 2015.
