Alisha Coelho

Alisha Coelho is currently a Talent Consultant at Shortlist Professionals, a company focused on innovative hiring practices and youth employment programming across multiple regions. Prior to this role, Alisha served as a volunteer at The Agri Collaboratory, overseeing branding and communications initiatives. At the Ashraya Initiative for Children, Alisha held positions as Director of Partnerships and Partnerships Manager, where responsibilities included fundraising, stakeholder management, and establishing corporate sponsorships. Earlier experiences include roles at Aangan Trust, where Alisha supervised research efforts on child trafficking and coordinated with child welfare authorities, and an internship at Jan Sahas, contributing to projects supporting liberated manual scavengers. Alisha began a career as an Analyst at Global Logic. Alisha holds a Master of Arts in Social Work from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences and dual Bachelor of Engineering degrees in Chemical Engineering from BITS Pilani.
