Erika Miscio Lawney

Erika Miscio Lawney is the current Vice President of Vendor Relations at Shortlister. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Vendor Relations at Shortlister from May 2018 to June 2019. In this role, they were responsible for Shortlister's proprietary matching algorithm and bid management technology.

Erika has a wealth of experience in the human capital space and is passionate about improving the RFP process. Erika is dedicated to finding the best vendor for their clients' needs and has helped searches that have impacted over two million employee lives. With their experience and the automation built within Shortlister, they are able to complete a thorough search and detailed analysis of their clients' options in a fraction of the time compared to a traditional procurement process.

Erika Miscio Lawney has a BS from Georgetown University, an MBA from Nova Southeastern University, and a Core Strengths Coaching Skills Certificate from San Francisco State University. Erika is also certified by New Ventures West as an Integral Coach.
