Giuseppe Calciano, where they were responsible for registering customer invoices on computer databases, reorganizing paper invoices, and checking inputs and outputs budget for clients. In 2014, they worked as a Back Office Trainee for Bulgaria Gateway, Sofia, where they were responsible for Excel Database management of all participants to projects between 2009 and 2013, assisting on compiling a detailed description of a project, and organizing and supporting Final Reports regarding sending organizations. In 2018, they worked as a 3rd Line Support Software Engineer for Unily, where they were responsible for execution of daily tasks such as Windows Server Deployments, SQL database migration, and Server Variables updates, taking ownership of tickets and troubleshooting the back-end of the product, and manipulating different content items configuration in the CMS. In 2019, they worked as Professional Services Department Head - SharePoint/ShortPoint Architect for ShortPoint, where they were responsible for consulting potential clients discussing project requirements and deliverables, establishing Projects cost, schedule, creating, managing and working on the PS projects meeting deadlines and agreed deliverables, and managing and maintaining legal projects agreements and policies concerning the PS Department. Claudio also worked as a ShortPoint Technical Consultant, where they were responsible for engaging and monitoring leads through the Hubspot CRM System, providing product demos to customers that showed interest, guiding and supporting them while they go through the phases of the buyer journey, and consulting leads on how to implement solutions using SharePoint and SharePoint combined with ShortPoint.
Claudio Stoduto has an education history that includes a diploma from the Scientific High School “De Sarlo”, Lagonegro (Italy) from 2006 to 2011 and Information Technologies studies at the University of Salerno - UNISA from 2011 to 2013.
