Kyrylo Chernyshkov has worked in a variety of roles since 2012. From 2012-2013, they were a member of the ICX Team at AIESEC, where they were responsible for interviewing candidates via Skype and preparing documents for internships. Kyrylo was also a Travel Manager Trainee at TUI in both 2012 and 2013. In 2014, they were a Refund Department and Sales Manager at Zoom Support. Lviv, where they performed general office duties and administrative tasks, managed questions about refunds according to the refund policy, provided statistics of every week with refund situation, handled billing procedures, provided support service to customers from English speaking countries, promoted services and offers, and troubleshot systems with customers by phone. In 2017, they were a Functional Quality Assurance Engineer at Testronic and a Customer Service Manager at Techstudio TV. Since 2018, they have been a Support Unit Manager and Customer Success & Support at ShortPoint, as well as a Customer Service Representative at CoinMetro.
Kyrylo Chernyshkov completed a Master's Degree in Eastern Europe Studies at the University of Warsaw from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Specialist degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv from 2010 to 2015. Kyrylo also holds certifications in Practical Testing from SoftServe (2021), SQL from SoloLearn (2020), ScrumStudy from Udemy (2018), How to create a WordPress website from Udemy (2017), and Polish language level B2 from Uniwersytet Warszawski (2016).
