Oksana Aloshyna

Oksana Aloshyna has a wealth of work experience. Oksana began their career in 2011 as a Research Writer for Livingston Research. In 2013, they moved to 4writers Research Group, also as a Research Writer. In 2015, they joined Zoom Support. Lviv, where they held the roles of Support and Sales Representative and Research and Development Team Member. In 2016, they began working as an Academic Writer for writerbay. Finally, in 2018, they joined ShortPoint as a Customer Success and Support Agent, and later became the Customer Support Manager.

Oksana Aloshyna began their education in 1999 when they graduated from Lviv Specialized English School #75 with a degree in English Language and Literature, General. From 2009 to 2012 they attended Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, where they completed an Incomplete Higher Education in English Translation. Finally, from 2009 to 2014 they attended Lviv State Academy of Finance, where they earned a Master's degree in Finance and Credit. In 2021, they obtained a Management Essentials certification from Harvard Business School, and in 2022 they obtained a Customer Experience: Journey Mapping certification from LinkedIn.
