Stella Hayes

Stella Hayes is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer service and management roles. Currently serving as a Keyholder at Atwater Brewery since September 2023, Stella is responsible for supervising staff, managing opening and closing procedures, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Previously, as a Pubtender at Short's Brewing Company, Stella enhanced the customer experience for over 100 patrons nightly, while successfully increasing revenue through product upselling. Stella's earlier roles include working as a Behavioral Health Technician at Centria Healthcare, where direct care was provided to children with autism, and as a Retail Consultant at Midnite Sun Tanning Salon, focusing on personalized customer service. Additionally, Stella has experience in facility maintenance at Snap Fitness 24/7 and management at Scoopy Doo’s Old Fashioned Ice Cream.
