Cesar P.

Cesar P. has an extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Cesar started their career in 2001 as a Product Introduction Senior Project Manager at Ericsson, where they managed the group of project managers and technical staff responsible for the first implementation into the market of the latest IP platform of the company. Cesar then moved on to become a Project Manager (PMP), managing SW development and QA projects for new functionality in the telecommunications field. In 2012, they joined Nuance Communications as a Software QA Manager in the Mobility Division. From 2014 to 2017, they worked as a Senior QA Manager Consultant at Tele2 IoT, and then as a Director Consulting Services at FPHTECH Consulting. In 2018, they took up the role of Directeur d'AQ, Software Factory at CN, and in 2019 they became the Director of QA and Release Management at WorkJam. In 2020, they took up the role of Global Director of Quality Assurance at Cerence Inc., and in 2022 they became the Director Software Quality Assurance at ShotFlow. Throughout their career, Cesar has been responsible for establishing the new QA strategies and methodologies, developing and applying best practices, solid test procedures, new tools, automation, QA metrics, planning and team coaching for all the QA activities.

Cesar P. holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Universidad Simón Bolívar.
