Florent Lachenaud

Florent Lachenaud has held a variety of roles in the finance industry. In 2021, they became the CFO of Shotgun!. From 2014 to 2021, they were a Senior Manager at Accuracy, where they worked on business plan preparation, transactions, and valuation. From 2014 to 2013, they were an M&A/ECM Intern - French Large Cap Execution Team at Société Générale, where they were involved in the execution of various M&A and Equity Capital Market transactions. From 2013 to 2012, they were a Private Equity Analyst Intern at PAI Partners, where they participated in the strategic and financial due diligence process on several deals. Finally, from 2012 to 2021, they were a Solvency II Policy Intern at Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution, where they represented France in European negotiations on insurance regulation.

Florent Lachenaud began their education journey in 2008 when they earned a Bachelor's degree from Sciences Po. Florent then spent a year at Chulalongkorn University in 2010, where they completed an Exchange Year in the Faculty of Business and Accountancy. In 2009, they obtained a Certificat from Institut national des langues et civilisations orientales (Inalco) in Siamois (Thaï). Finally, they concluded their education in 2014 with a Master's degree in Finance & Strategy from Sciences Po Paris.
