Todd Reichert

Todd Reichert is currently serving as the Customer Success Director at SoundThinking, managing the US Central/Southwest division. Prior to this, Todd held the position of Administrator at the Texas Anti-Gang Center in North Texas, and also served as an Assistant Special Agent in Charge at ATF. With a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of North Texas and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Illinois State University, Todd has a strong background in law enforcement and public service. Todd's experience includes supervisory roles, investigative work in firearm, arson, and explosives laws enforcement, and public affairs.
