Alex Berkett

Alex Berkett is a seasoned executive in corporate development and strategy with significant experience across multiple prominent organizations. Currently serving as the Chief Corporate Development & Strategy Officer at Paramount since February 2022, Berkett also holds positions as a Member of the Board of Directors at Shout! Studios and Viacom18 Media, along with a role as Chairperson of the Board at SkyShowtime. Previous leadership roles include Executive Vice President of Corporate Development & Strategy at ViacomCBS and Senior Vice President at Viacom. Berkett co-founded Townsquare Media, where responsibilities encompassed business development, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance.
