Travis is an experienced Industrial Engineer and auditor with over 22 years of experience in quality engineering. He has proven project management and leadership skills to manage, motivate and develop staff using target agreements and performance appraisals and assist with developing a strategy for the overarching organizational unit. He has experience in supplier management (domestic and international), data deliverables, process improvements, and compliance oversight, lead auditor, collaboration, and verifications to support new model pre-production and mass production lines across multiple quality assurance requirements sets.
