Jorge Martínez Licón

Jorge Martínez Licón is an experienced production leader with a diverse background in manufacturing operations, currently serving as Production Chief at Hitachi Astemo since July 2021, where responsibilities include managing the suspension business unit for major automotive brands and optimizing resource allocation for profitability. Previously, Jorge held positions such as Production Manager at Grupo RG, Production Superintendent at Brose Group, Production Coordinator at Visscher-Caravelle, Production Supervisor at CNH Industrial, and Manufacturing Supervisor at PRETTL Group, contributing expertise in process improvement, production planning, and team management throughout various stages of the production cycle.
