Marta Wachowicz

Marta Wachowicz has extensive experience in Human Resources and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management, currently serving as the HR & HSE Manager for the Brake Business Unit at Hitachi Astemo since October 2019, following the acquisition of Chassis Brakes International. Prior roles at Chassis Brakes International included HR Business Partner and Acting HR Manager, where Marta implemented HR policies, managed internal communications, and fostered employee engagement. Earlier career experience includes positions in training and development at Bosch and Whirlpool, complemented by a master's degree in pedagogy from Nicolaus Copernicus University.
