Naotake Takahashi

Naotake Takahashi currently serves as the Global Head of Business HRBP at Astemo, overseeing all business domains for both four-wheel and two-wheel sectors since March 2023. Previously, Takahashi held various leadership roles at IBM from April 2014 to March 2023, including Global Head of HRBP for Electrification Business, Chassis & ICE, and roles focused on learning facilitation, leadership development, and HR strategy. Prior to IBM, Takahashi worked as an HR Strategy Manager at TDK and as an HR Specialist at 山崎製パン, amassing comprehensive experience across HR functions. Takahashi holds a B.A. in Economics from Chiba University, obtained in 1994.
