Renata Giewartowska

Renata Giewartowska is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources, communication management, and project leadership. Currently serving as the Head of Global Learning and Development at Hitachi Astemo since January 2020, Renata has a strong background in managing HR policies and processes. Prior roles include HR, HSE & Communication Manager at Chassis Brakes International and Bosch, as well as HR Partner and Due Diligence Coordinator at Bosch, where Renata played a key role in global HR operations and major divestment projects. Additional expertise includes HR management at Advanced Diesel Particulate Filters and NTK Technical Ceramics, showcasing comprehensive skills in personnel administration, recruitment, and training coordination. Renata holds a Master's degree in Japanese Studies from Jagiellonian University and a scholarship from the Japanese Government at Shizuoka University.
