Caroline Shone

Caroline Shone has a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry, beginning with their role as Customer Relationship Management at Porsche in 2012. Caroline then moved to Fairmont Hotels & Resorts in 2013, where they worked as a Banquets. Caroline also worked as Sales & Catering at Crowne Plaza® Hotels & Resorts in 2013. In 2014, they moved to Park Hyatt, where they worked as Sales & Marketing. Caroline then joined Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in 2015, where they worked as Public Relations + Food & Beverage. In 2016, they were promoted to Guest Relations Ambassador, and in 2017, they were promoted again to Pre-Opening Project Manager and Renovation & Pre-Opening Project Manager. In 2018, they were promoted to Assistant Manager - Rooms Division. In 2020, they moved to Auberge Resorts Collection, where they worked as a Guest Experience Manager at Mauna Lani and then as Director of Guest Experience at Mauna Lani. Caroline is currently working at Highlight, where they have held the roles of Community Manager, Senior Manager, Community, and Director of Community since 2021.

Caroline Shone holds a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Cornell University. Caroline also has a Certification in Hotel Industry Analytics, CHIA from STR, Inc. and an eCornell Revinate Certification from Revinate.
