Jonathan Colón

Jonathan Colón has been working in the finance and strategy field since 2014. Starting as a Financial Analyst at SiteCompli, they then moved on to Senior Financial Analyst at Guaranteed Rate in 2018. In 2019, they became the Finance Manager, Global FP&A at GAN Integrity, where they were responsible for building and maintaining the company's forecasting, operating plan and budgeting processes from the ground up. In 2021, they took on the role of Global Strategic Finance Manager at Birchbox, and in 2022 they were appointed Associate Director, Finance & Strategy at Highlight.

Jonathan Colón obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Rutgers University between 2011 and 2015. Jonathan then went on to pursue a Master of Science (MS) in Business and Information Systems from the New Jersey Institute of Technology between 2016 and 2018. In 2017, they also obtained a certification in Information Systems Implementation from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
