Marco Paolieri

Marco Paolieri serves as the Senior Vice President Global Programmatic and Southern Europe at ShowHeroes Group since December 2020, while also co-founding SkiceLab in November 2011 and completing freelance consultancy projects focused on research, software development, and embedded systems since September 2011. Previously, Marco co-founded Viralize Media from January 2013 until December 2020 and contributed as a PhD student in the Computer Architecture Operating System Interface group at Barcelona Supercomputing Center from September 2007 to September 2011. Additional roles include a safety R&D engineer at Yogitech and a research assistant in audio signal processing. Marco holds a PhD in Computer Architecture from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and multiple degrees in embedded systems and computer engineering from esteemed institutions. Research interests encompass hard real-time systems, multi-core architectures, and predictable parallel programming models.
