Eric Smeltzer

Eric Smeltzer started his career as a field engineer in the oil fields and worked his way up to become a project manager at a large scale construction company. Eric has over 10 years of operations experience from smaller teams to large complex projects. He is the self-proclaimed office Connect 4 champ. Eric graduated from Kansas State with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Finance from Northwestern Kellogg School of Management. When not at work, Eric can be found chasing his two boys or on a trail.
