Claire Carley

Claire Carley currently serves as the People Director at Showpad, a position held since April 2024. Prior to this, Claire held several roles at Ascential from January 2016 to March 2024, including Head of Global HR Operations and Senior People Business Partner, where responsibilities included overseeing global HR operations and managing HR partnerships across multiple brands. Claire also led the Workday HRIS implementation as HR Project Lead during a secondment. Earlier experience includes a role as Head of Learning & Development at EMAP Publishing Ltd and positions at Hill+Knowlton Strategies and Ascott International, contributing to various HR functions. Claire holds an MSc in Human Resources from London South Bank University and a BA (Hons) in Business Studies with HRM from the University of Essex.
