Kate Pobjoy

Kate Pobjoy is a seasoned professional in customer success management with extensive experience across various roles in the industry. Currently serving as the Principal Customer Success Manager at Showpad since March 2024, Kate previously held positions including Manager of Customer Success at Upland Rant & Rave and Customer Success Manager at Upland Software. With a strong background in account management and client relationships, Kate's expertise was further developed during tenures at Edge by Ascential and Brand View, where the focus was on delivering actionable insights to help clients succeed in ecommerce. Earlier career highlights include leadership roles at Nielsen and IRI, in addition to foundational experience as a European Marketing Intern at Vistakon, Johnson & Johnson Medical. Kate holds a BA in Business Studies with a focus on Marketing and French from the University of Northampton.
