Clémence Gastaldi Serisé

Clémence Gastaldi Serisé is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in environmental consultancy, corporate governance, and strategic business development. Currently serving as the PE backed CEO and co-founder of Biodiv since July 2024, Clémence leads an environmental studies firm that supports both public and private project developers. Clémence has also been an independent board member at showroomprive.com since June 2021, contributing to the board of directors and chairing the CSR committee. Previously, Clémence dedicated 14 years to AXA, where significant roles included ExCom member and Global Director of Employees Benefits, along with managing various divisions leading to substantial growth and innovative strategies. Additional board positions include chairman of EB Partners and co-chairman of MAXIS Global Benefits Network, among others. Clémence's educational background includes an engineer's degree in environmental science and economics from AgroParisTech and ongoing studies in AI for business at École Polytechnique.
