Kushlesh Lavaniya

Kushlesh Lavaniya has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Kushlesh currently holds the role of State Head - Operations at Shree Shubham Logistics Limited (SSL), where they have been serving since 2021. Prior to this, they worked at National Bulk Handling Corporation Pvt. Ltd for a total of six years, starting as an Assistant State Head and later progressing to the position of State Incharge Operations. Before that, Kushlesh worked as an Area Manager at Star Agriwarehousing & Collateral Management Ltd from 2012 to 2016. Kushlesh has also held the position of Assistant Manager at SLCM, where they were responsible for handling business development activities and maintaining relationships with clients and banks. Earlier in their career, they served as an Associate Manager at NBHC and as a Business Development Manager at NCMSL. Kushlesh's earliest professional experience can be traced back to their role as a Tata Kisan Sansar Coordinator at Tata Chemicals Limited. Throughout their career, Kushlesh has gained expertise in operations management, business development, client relations, and finance.

Kushlesh Lavaniya completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture from Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University, Agra, from 1998 to 2001. Kushlesh then pursued a Master of Science degree in Agriculture from Narain Degree Collage from 2001 to 2003.
