Nicholas J. Temerario

Nicholas J. Temerario is a seasoned architect and project manager with over a decade of experience in the retail and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Retail Client and Project Manager at Shremshock: Architects & Engineers since February 2011, Nicholas specializes in managing a diverse portfolio of retail clients, including major brands such as Under Armour, Victoria's Secret, and Bath and Body Works. Previous roles include Job Captain and Design Staff at Karlsberger, where Nicholas contributed to significant healthcare projects, including the LEED Platinum-designated Dell Children's Medical Center. Nicholas began the career as a Project Manager/Intern at Bert R. Witte Inc and gained international experience through an architectural internship in London.
