Earlene Bolton, MHA, MA, serves as the Senior Outreach Coordinator at Legal Services of Eastern Missouri since September 2016, where responsibilities include cultivating relationships, leading special projects, and acting as a subject matter expert in Medicaid eligibility and community engagement. Earlene has extensive experience in public benefits advocacy, demonstrated through roles such as Outreach Coordinator and Public Benefits Advocate, providing guidance and support to clients seeking assistance with Medicaid, Food Stamps, and other benefits. In addition to community outreach efforts, Earlene has contributed to various committees for the City of Saint Louis and has held community support roles at Queen of Peace Center and BJC Behavioral Health, showcasing a robust background in mental health and community services. Educational credentials include two master's degrees from Webster University in Nonprofit Leadership and Management, and Health Administration, as well as a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Truman State University.
