Dr. Jeannette Cook

Dr. Jeannette Cook, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Members and Community Director at SHRM since 2025. With extensive experience in talent management, Dr. Cook was previously the Director of Talent Management at Lifelong Learning Administration Corporation from 2013 to 2025. Additional experience includes a role as an Adjunct Professor in the Social and Behavioral Sciences Division at Antelope Valley College in 2016-2017 and a tenure in Human Resources at Sport Chalet from 2001 to 2013. Dr. Cook holds a Doctor of Psychology in Organization Development from Alliant International University-Fresno, a Master of Arts in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Alliant International University-Los Angeles, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University, Northridge.
