Kate Dicato

Kate DiCato currently serves as the Operations Lead at SHRM, a role assumed in February 2024, where the organization focuses on creating better workplaces through expertise and advocacy. Previously, Kate held the position of Director of Operations at Linkage, a SHRM Company, from May 2021 to February 2024, overseeing daily operations and supporting a global network of affiliates. Prior to that, Kate worked at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill as Manager of Operations from January 2015 to May 2021 and held various roles at George Mason University between June 2010 and January 2015, including Coordinator for Housing Conduct and Resident Director. Kate holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Boston College and a Master's degree in Higher Education Administration from Florida State University.
