Nell Hellem

Nell Hellem is a Program Manager and Venture Analyst at SHRM's Workplace Innovation Lab & Venture Capital, where contributions focus on advancing workplace innovation. Previously, Nell held various roles at Salsify, including Marketing Specialist and Community Marketing Specialist, and gained initial experience as a Customer Marketing Intern. Additional experience includes a Research Assistant position at Northeastern University's Lab in Life-Span Emotional Development and a role as a Changemakers Co-op at Ashoka. Nell began professional endeavors as an Administrative Assistant at CRADLE OF HOPE ADOPTION CENTER INC. Educationally, Nell earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Global Social Entrepreneurship from Northeastern University between September 2018 and May 2022.
