Tara Holicky serves as Administrator for Greater Chesapeake Hand Specs and Lutherville SurgiCenter since February 2017, overseeing operations for a nine-physician orthopedic practice and an ambulatory surgical center with multiple satellite locations. In this role, Tara manages contracting, human resources, and facility management, ensuring operational efficiency. Tara is also an active member of several professional organizations, including SHRM, the Ambulatory Surgery Center Association, the American Alliance of Orthopaedic Executives, and MGMA. Prior experiences include Program Administrator at Greater Baltimore Medical Center, where Tara coordinated office functions and improved workflow efficiency, and Malcolm Grow Manager at Sierra Military Health Services, managing a call center team. Tara holds an MBA in Healthcare Management from the University of Baltimore and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Minnesota State University Moorhead.
