Sibylle Dietz

Sibylle Dietz has held various roles throughout their work experience. Sibylle started as an intern at Graf und Partner Steuerberatungsgesellschaft mbB in 2010, where they assisted in accounting and bookkeeping, prepared tax declarations, and provided support in office and document management. Sibylle then had an internship at SOFORT GmbH (A Klarna Group Company) in 2011, where they collaborated in establishing an internal control system and introduced the four-eye principle for various departments. In 2012, they worked as a project cooperation at Breitenstein Consulting, where they analyzed motivation, satisfaction, and communication within a network of medical specialists and contributed to the improvement of value-based leadership through change management approaches. Sibylle Dietz also had a working student position at Medcon Personal- und Unternehmensberatung GmbH in 2012-2013, followed by working as a Candidate Relations Manager Key Account Management Engineering at Hays from 2015 to 2018. Recently, they served as an HR Business Partner at Brainloop from 2018 to 2021, and they are currently the Head of Human Resources at SHS Viveon starting from October 2021.

Sibylle Dietz began their education in 2009 at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, where they pursued a Bachelor of Sciences (B.Sc.) in Business Administration, which they completed in 2013. During their time at the university, they also undertook studies in Business Education, earning a second Bachelor of Sciences (B.Sc.) degree in this field in 2013. In 2014, Sibylle Dietz attended the University of Bristol, where they obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Accounting, Finance, and Management, which they completed in 2015.

In terms of certifications, Sibylle Dietz has obtained several additional qualifications. In 2019 and 2020, they acquired certifications in subjects such as Artificial Intelligence Foundations, Organization Design, RPA, AI, and Cognitive Tech for Leaders, Learning Impact, and Communicating with Empathy from LinkedIn. In 2021, they completed a certification in Agile Mitarbeiterführung mit OKR. In 2021 and 2023, they obtained certifications in Personalmanagement and IHK-Fachkraft Personalwesen from the IHK Academy Munich and Upper Bavaria and IHK für München und Oberbayern, respectively. Additionally, they completed certifications in 2020 in Developing Your Leadership Philosophy from LinkedIn and Excel für die Personalarbeit from Haufe Akademie. Lastly, in 2019, they completed a certification in Ken Blanchard on Servant Leadership from LinkedIn.
