Nikola Babic

Nikola Babic has a diverse work experience in risk management, business analysis, and internships in the banking industry. Starting in 2012, Nikola completed internships at Hypo Alpe-Adria-Bank ad Banja Luka and UniCredit Bank Austria AG. From 2014 to 2019, Nikola worked as a Business Analyst at Beside Group, handling budget preparation and providing analysis to the COO. Nikola then joined SHUAA Capital psc in 2019 as a Risk Management Associate, monitoring risk exposures and recommending changes for optimization. In 2022, Nikola co-founded 3veta before returning to SHUAA Capital in 2023 as the Vice President of Risk Management, focusing on developing and implementing risk management systems and policies.
