Gili Wais

Gili Wais has a diverse work experience, starting as an Officer and Team Commander in the Israel Defense Forces from 2010 to 2012. Following this, they transitioned to the corporate sector, working at Shufersal. There, they held roles such as Office Manager, Recruitment Manager, and Head of HR OPS & Payroll Department, before rising to the position of Director of Human Resources, Total Rewards & Labour Relations in 2023. Throughout their roles, they displayed leadership in various HR functions, including recruitment, payroll management, and employee relations.

Gili Wais holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Advertising, and Marketing Communications from Ono Academic College (2012-2015) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on organizational development from the same institution (2015-2017).
