Muaz A. Jabal

Muaz A. Jabal started their career in 2013 as a Legal Intern at Zubi & Partners, where they gained experience in registration requirements, Bahrain Companies' Law, and reviewing legal contracts. Muaz A. then interned at Charles Russell LLP, where they conducted research and prepared case reports on companies and landed properties in the UK and Bahrain.

In 2013, Jabal also worked as a Legal Associate at Ahmed Uzair & Co., specializing in commercial law, corporate advisory, environmental law, land law, intellectual property rights, taxation, and foreign investment opportunities.

Muaz A. later joined Bukhatir Group as a Legal Executive, responsible for drafting, reviewing, and preparing legal documents such as leases, contracts, and various agreements. Muaz A. also provided legal opinions and ensured compliance with the new Commercial Companies' Law of 2015.

Jabal worked as a Legal Assistant at Master Wind Energy Limited, where they drafted legal documents and provided support in reviewing and revising in-house legal documents. Muaz A. also attended meetings and negotiated projects.

Muaz A. then worked as a Legal Counsel and Board Advisor at Albario Engineering (Pvt) Ltd., managing contract and corporate matters, providing risk management advice, and reviewing tender documents. Muaz A. also drafted various legal documents, including employment agreements, license agreements, and corporate policies. Jabal focused on compliance matters and performed corporate work and contracts for all entities.

Currently, Jabal is the Head of Legal & Compliance and Company Secretary at Shufti Pro. Their role involves managing legal risks and opportunities, streamlining compliance practices, and handling sensitive matters and corporate affairs.

Muaz A. Jabal pursued their education in the field of Law. Muaz A. obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) from the University of London, where they studied from 2010 to 2013. Following this, Muaz pursued further academic advancement and completed a Master's Degree in Law (LLM) from Coventry University, where they attended from 2014 to 2015.
