Alia'A Shgour

Alia'a Shgour has extensive experience in customer care and technical sales. Currently serving as a customer care representative at Shukr Islamic Clothing since July 2012, Alia'a specializes in order management and customer support, as well as coordinating between customers and stock distribution centers. Previously, from April 2012 to July 2012, Alia'a worked as an IT sales engineer at Smart Modules Technology, where responsibilities included closing deals for IT training courses for individuals and institutions. Alia'a also has experience as an English news writer and translator at News Group International from January 2012 to April 2012, focusing on outsourcing translations for various media outlets. Alia'a holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Mu'tah University and a General Secondary degree in Information Technology from Qaser Secondary School for Girls.
