YUKTI DUA

Yukti Dua has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. YUKTI began their career as a Client Relationship Manager at Tata Teleservices Ltd from February 2006 to February 2009. Following this, they worked as an Assistant Event Coordinator at Star Bizz India Entertainment from April 2009 to June 2011. YUKTI then joined Infosys BPO as a Cse from February 2012 to May 2012. Yukti also worked at Myntra Designs Private Limited as a Customer Service Representative, where they managed the team, handled customer queries, and provided training and support from May 2012 to March 2014. YUKTI later joined Urban Ladder as a Category Lead & Operations (Fit-outs) from May 2014 to November 2017 and subsequently served as a Team Lead Operations from November 2017 to March 2019. Currently, Yukti is employed at Shumee as a Senior Operations Manager, responsible for implementing process improvements and managing relationships with suppliers. Yukti Dua completed their graduation in Commerce from Agra University between the years 2003 and 2006. In addition to their degree, they obtained a certification in Textile Designing & Printing from Dayalbagh Educational Institution in April 2005. Furthermore, they also completed a Diploma in Interior Design and Decoration in February 2004, although the specific institution where this diploma was obtained is not mentioned.
