Hafis Mohammed Sahib has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Hafis is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Shunya Ekai Technologies since 2022. Previously, they worked at Axeed LLC from 2018 to 2022, starting as the Group Finance Manager and later becoming the Head of Finance & Strategy. In this role, they were responsible for strategic planning, financial modeling, budgeting, mergers & acquisitions, risk management, and more. Hafis was also involved in training and optimizing the performance of finance and asset management teams. Before that, they worked as a Manager at Axeed Consultants from 2019 to 2022, where they gained experience in managing projects. In 2017, they held the position of Manager - Business Advisory & Taxation at Finpro Consultancy and was responsible for managing operations and providing advisory services related to tax and business restructuring. Earlier in their career, they served as a Consultant (VAT) for Jazan Interiors & Carpentry and Screw World Hardware Trading. At ArRahma Charitable Society & Institutions, they worked as a Finance Manager & Administrator, handling financial decisions and facilitating charitable initiatives. Hafis also worked as a Manager at Tarun and Eshita Chartered Accountants, providing accounting services and consulting clients on tax planning and compliance. Hafis started their career as an Article and Audit Assistant at K N VALSAN AND CO CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS.

Hafis Mohammed Sahib has a diverse education history, beginning with their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree from Mahatma Gandhi University, which they obtained from 2008 to 2012. From 2009 to 2017, they pursued their Charterd Accountant degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. In 2012, they completed the Accounting Technician Course from the same institute. Hafis furthered their education by completing a Company Secretary program from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India in 2016-2017. In 2019, they attended the American University in Dubai for a brief period to study Business/Commerce. Hafis also completed the Master of Business Administration (MBA) program in Finance from Jaipur National University, commencing in 2020 and ending in 2022. Hafis focused on financial management and models by earning a Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst certification from the Corporate Finance Institute® (CFI) in 2019-2021. Hafis also gained expertise in management accounting by attaining the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification from the Institute of Management Accountants. Hafis pursued further qualifications in finance and accounting with the Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) program, which began in 2020. Additionally, they obtained several certifications such as Introduction to Business Intelligence, IMA Data Analytics & Visualization Fundamentals Certificate, Agile & Scrum 101, Blockchain 101, and Introduction to Cryptocurrency from various institutions in recent years.
