Matthew Kirsch

Matthew Kirsch is an experienced engineer specializing in digital signal processing (DSP) and audio/speech signal processing. Currently, Kirsch serves as an Associate Staff Engineer at Shure Incorporated, focusing on DSP for conferencing products since June 2021. Prior to this role, Kirsch held positions at Continental, starting as a Software Engineer and progressing to Senior Software Engineer, where responsibilities included design, analysis, implementation, and testing of real-time audio processing algorithms for hands-free telephony solutions. Additionally, Kirsch gained experience at ZSI technology GmbH as an Embedded Software Engineer under contract to Continental AG. Kirsch holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University.
