Sofie Synhaeve has been with SHURGARD Self-Storage since February 2014, currently serving as Operations Support Administrator, where responsibilities include updating key operational support tools and enhancing sales and service performance for store staff across Europe. Previously, as a Sales Support Analyst at SHURGARD, Sofie supervised the quality of sales performances, provided coaching and training, analyzed operational data, and maintained internal company policies. Sofie’s experience includes an internship at Connect Sprachenservice GmbH, where tasks involved competitor analysis, website customization, and SEO efforts. Sofie holds a Bachelor's degree in Communicatiemanagement from Arteveldehogeschool, achieved in 2013. Proficient in English, Dutch, German, and French, Sofie possesses strong multi-lingual capabilities.
