Charles Edwards

Charles Edwards is a seasoned supply chain professional with extensive experience in data analysis and forecasting. Currently serving as a Supply Chain Data Engineer at Shurtape Technologies, LLC, since December 2022, Charles is responsible for administering the o9 Solutions forecasting engine and enhancing forecasting model accuracy. Prior roles include Supply Chain Analyst at WebstaurantStore, where inbound freight data analysis and collaboration with 3PL providers were key responsibilities, as well as a Demand Analyst at Shurtape Technologies, where statistically-driven demand forecasts were developed. Charles has also held analytical and teaching positions at Appalachian State University, contributing to research and curriculum development. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Applied Data Analytics and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management & Supply Chain Management, both from Appalachian State University, along with an Associate of Arts from Wake Technical Community College.
